Background:

In 2020, Oregon voters passed Measure 110: Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act (Official Measure), creating real change in Oregon.

Oregon became the first state in the country to decriminalize the personal possession of illegal drugs.

Then, Oregon funded a new drug addiction treatment and recovery plan called Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs).

Every county in Oregon now has at least one BHRN. The BHRNs provide assistance in the following areas: Screenings, Peer Support Services, Supportive Employment, Comprehensive Behavioral Health Needs Assessment, Harm Reduction, Low Barrier SUD Treatment and Housing. (More Information).

Our BHRN is called Emerald Valley Resource Network (EVRN), and it serves people from the cascades to the coast, all of Lane County. Emerald Valley Resource Network’s hotline, available 24/7, connects you to a local clinician who will support and help you find the resources and services that are right for you.

Also, if you have been directed to this hotline from a citation you received then we can help remove that.

How It Works:

Do you live in Lane County?

Do you want to learn more about local resources?

Are you struggling with substance use?

Call us at 541-799-6336. We would love to talk to you and help you get connected to support!
